Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to krishangmadhavcreations.com, operated by Augmenting Everything (a sole proprietorship registered in India), trading as Krishang Madhav Creations.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your Seva Plan subscription at any time. There is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

You can cancel in any of these ways:

  • Email us at augmentingeverything2022@gmail.com from your registered email address, or
  • WhatsApp or call +91 79829 63507, or
  • Cancel the mandate directly from your UPI application (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and similar) under “Autopay” or “Mandates”, or from your bank’s net-banking standing-instruction section.

We action cancellation requests within 1 business day and confirm by email. Once cancelled, no further amount is debited.

Timing: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date, you will not be charged again. If cancellation is requested after that, the charge for the current cycle may already be in process; that cycle will be shipped to you and the subscription will then end.

2. Pausing or skipping

Instead of cancelling, you may pause your subscription or skip a month. Write to us at least 48 hours before your billing date and we will hold the next charge and shipment.

3. Cancelling a one-time order

A one-time order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; please refer to the returns section below.

4. Returns and exchanges

  • Size exchange: Free size exchange on your first subscription box, and on any one-time order, if requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with packaging.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping cost, at no charge to you.
  • Change of mind: Because these are devotional garments made in limited batches, we are unable to accept returns purely for change of mind once an item has been used or its packaging opened, except where required by law.

5. Refund method and timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approving your request.
  • The amount typically reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days of initiation, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • We will confirm by email once the refund has been initiated, with a reference number.

We do not issue refunds in cash. We do not charge any processing fee on refunds.

6. Pre-paid subscription terms

If you cancel a 3, 6 or 12-month pre-paid plan mid-term, we refund the value of the undelivered months, calculated at the standard monthly rate for your plan rather than the discounted pre-paid rate. Months already delivered are not refundable.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If an amount is debited but your order or subscription is not confirmed, or if you are charged twice for the same cycle, write to us with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate or failed-transaction amounts are refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.
