Shipping and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to krishangmadhavcreations.com, operated by Augmenting Everything (a sole proprietorship registered in India), trading as Krishang Madhav Creations.

All products sold on this website are physical goods shipped to your delivery address. We currently ship within India only.

1. Dispatch timelines

  • Subscription boxes: dispatched between the 1st and 5th of each month, for the cycle you have been billed for.
  • One-time orders: dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of order confirmation.
  • Festival sets: dispatched at least 10 days before the relevant tithi, provided the order is placed before the cut-off date shown on the product page.

2. Delivery timelines

Delivery time after dispatch, by courier:

  • Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days
  • Remote or difficult-to-service pin codes: up to 10 business days

These are estimates. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.

3. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping is included in the Raj Bhog Seva plan.
  • There are no hidden or additional charges after checkout.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number to your registered email address and mobile number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Address accuracy and failed delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was refused or repeatedly unattended, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch shipping charges may apply.

To update the delivery address for a subscription, write to us at least 5 days before your next billing date.

6. Exchanges

  • Free size exchange on your first subscription box and on any one-time order, if requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with packaging.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items: notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
  • To request an exchange, email augmentingeverything2022@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 79829 63507 with your order number.

Refunds arising from returns or exchanges are handled in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
