The website krishangmadhavcreations.com is owned and operated by Augmenting Everything, a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading under the brand name Krishang Madhav Creations.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Augmenting Everything. “You” refers to the user or customer.

2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, placing an order, or subscribing to any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Shipping and Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
3. Products
We sell hand-stitched poshak (garments), shringar items and related accessories for Laddu Gopal ji / Thakur ji deity idols. All items are physical goods dispatched to the delivery address you provide.
Products are handmade. Minor variation in colour, embroidery and finish between the photograph and the item received is normal and is not a defect. Fabrics and designs in subscription boxes are curated by us according to season and festival and are not individually selectable unless expressly stated.
4. Subscription plans and recurring payments
We offer monthly subscription plans (“Seva Plans”). By subscribing, you expressly authorise us to charge the applicable plan amount to your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Plan amounts are shown clearly in Indian Rupees (INR) before you subscribe and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Billing frequency is monthly, unless you select a pre-paid term of 3, 6 or 12 months.
- You authorise the recurring mandate once at the time of subscribing, using UPI AutoPay, card standing instruction or e-mandate, with additional factor authentication as required by the Reserve Bank of India.
- Your bank or UPI application sends a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each recurring charge.
- You may cancel the mandate at any time. Please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials. All payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before checkout. There are no hidden charges. We may change prices at any time; a change will not affect an active subscription without prior notice to you.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is unavailable, an address cannot be serviced, or an error in price or description has occurred. If we decline an order after payment, we refund you in full.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, designs, graphics and logos, is the property of Augmenting Everything and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with its operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, strikes or government action.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
