These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of krishangmadhavcreations.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of subscriptions and products from Krishang Madhav Creations, a brand owned and operated by Augmenting Everything, a proprietorship firm having its place of business at 3/132, First Floor, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110027, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or subscribing to any plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We offer monthly subscription plans for Laddu Gopal Ji poshaks (deity dresses) and shringar accessories, delivered to your address in India. Plan names, prices (in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes) and inclusions are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for providing accurate name, address, phone and email details and the correct size of your Laddu Gopal Ji.
3. Subscriptions and recurring payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us, through our payment partner Razorpay, to charge the plan amount to your chosen payment method (UPI AutoPay, debit card, credit card or e-mandate) on each billing date until you cancel.
- Your first payment is charged at sign-up; subsequent payments are charged on the same date each month. You will receive payment notifications as required by RBI guidelines for recurring transactions.
- If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause dispatch until payment is successful.
- We may change plan prices with at least 15 days’ prior notice by email or WhatsApp. The new price applies from the next billing cycle; you may cancel before it applies.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment is subject to the terms of Razorpay and your bank or card issuer.
5. Pausing, changing and cancelling
You may pause, skip a month, change your plan or size, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp, phone or email (see our Contact page), or by cancelling the mandate from your UPI app or bank. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made within India as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Product information
Poshaks are handcrafted/handpicked devotional items. Designs, colours and embellishments may vary slightly from images shown on the Website, and designs within a plan are curated by us each month.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Augmenting Everything / Krishang Madhav Creations and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a subscription is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant billing month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, natural events or public holidays).
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
