This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all subscription boxes and products from Krishang Madhav Creations, a brand of Augmenting Everything, New Delhi.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally at present.
2. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all subscription plans. Any charges for other orders are shown before payment.
3. Dispatch timelines
- First box: dispatched within 3–5 business days of your first successful payment.
- Monthly boxes: dispatched within 3–5 business days of each successful monthly payment.
4. Delivery timelines
- Delhi NCR and metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas / North-East / J&K: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Overall, orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days of payment. Timelines may be affected by festivals, weather or courier disruptions.
5. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS/email.
6. Delivery issues
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, we will re-ship once the address is confirmed (re-shipping charges may apply). If your package is delayed beyond the timelines above, contact us and we will resolve it with the courier.
