This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and products purchased from Krishang Madhav Creations, a brand of Augmenting Everything, New Delhi.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp/phone at +91 79829 63507 or by email at krishangmadhavcreations@gmail.com, or by cancelling the mandate in your UPI app/bank.
- Cancellation requests received at least 2 days before your next billing date will stop the next charge. No further payments will be deducted after cancellation.
- If a monthly payment has already been charged but the box for that month has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of the charge and receive a full refund of that month’s payment.
- Once a box has been dispatched, that month’s payment cannot be refunded, but your subscription will not renew thereafter.
2. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order/subscription details and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will, at your choice, send a free replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
3. Size issues
If the poshak does not fit because of a size difference, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will exchange it for the correct size (subject to availability) and update your size for future boxes. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
4. Non-returnable items
Because these are devotional items, items that have been used, offered or worn by the deity, washed or altered cannot be returned, except when received damaged or defective.
5. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. We do not charge any fee for refunds.
